Pippin, I'm pretty sure that it came from AVHistory's 1% aircraft. It was done in G max, so I can use it in FS2K4. If it's not there, I.M. me and I will do a search for it.

Hi
After seeing it here, I downloaded this Hurricane from AVHistory. It is about the best freeware Hurricane that I have seen. It seems to work pretty well in FS2004. I had to change the texture format to remove the 'blurries', but thats another story.
Does anyone know how to find the current site of VB planes please? (It is their Hurricane). I have tried a couple of addresses but without any success.
Thanks
Cheers Paul

Paul, last time I looked VB planes stuff was at Sim Outhouse. That was some time ago.

For the VB stuff look on the Sim-Outhouse menu for Planes by Graham.
Try the new Hurricane posted today in FS2004 Vintage. By my new friend J. R Lucariny. This is in CFS2.

I like the gray scale look of your flight, a very realistic image. What do you use, IrfanView, or Photoshop to mod you pics, and is that CFS2, or FS9?
TIA Fido ???
P.S. Just notice, I've turned Platinum. Sweet.

Hi Fido. This shot was taken in CFS2 with MultiGrab. Although I would use PSP for serious graphics work I edited this one in IrfanView by converting to Greyscale & adding a hint of red before cropping & resizing.
Most of my shots are taken using MultiGrab or the good old-fashioned Windows clipboard. IrfanView is quick & easy to use & I can edit & save a shot in less time than it takes to fire up PSP. I know my limitations (& those of my poor old low-end rig) & accept that I'll never win a screenshots comp. My purpose in posting shots is to show people what's possible & encourage them to take advantage of it. That's what I've always done best.
PS. This is the original unedited shot, originally 1024 x 768 & resized in IrfanView. The CFS2 sky always has a graduated appearance in shots although not in the sim itself.

Nice work but, PSP is beyond my budget, so I use Windows Paint, and IrfanView to edit. I use a progam called Capture from AnalogX to grab the screen shots. As for limitations, 600mhz P3 is my biggest problem. Never thought of using a touch of red to age the pics. Thanks.
