Why not get both? There free!!!

DC 0.5 is an improvement on 0.4j (which is the version I took the snaps with)

I'm puzzled with this image, I try to re-shape it but seem to chop off too much..... Roll Eyes

Paintshop pro isn't my strong point alas.

The game in question is "Battlefield 1942" by E.A. Games.

The pics are taken from a "Mod" for the same game called "Desert Combat"

I hear what your saying...... I think the last D.C. Mod was about 570MB !!! and thats before you allow 125+ MB for the E.A. patch required! Roll Eyes

Thankfully for me, I have a friend with a 2MB Cable modem, he also has a CD writer. Wink

On the other hand, if such friends are few & far between in your neck of the woods, most PC mags carry CD / DVD's which usually have the latest such mods for games such as BF 1942, UT2003 et al to save you all the bother of the download.

Indeed, EoD is an excellent mod, I suppose I prefer Desert to Jungle combat......

cable is extraordinary expensive in germany and not avaiable everywhere. all of my friends got ADSL,so i could download that myself.
but i don't know if i even want to get mods for BF, since i don't play it that often and if i play it,it's just the "normal" version.
