Hi all, have been playing fs2002 for a while now and have downloaded some new jets, except the ones that i downloaded end up being very poor with no panel and virtual cockpit. Does anyone know the best ones to download and the links? Thanks, Alex  Smiley

First you need to tell us what kind of aircraft you are interested in, that will help in directing you to the right place.
Second take some time to look through the downloads section. There are quite a few very well designed planes to be had. As for the panel problem, if you have a plane you like but it has no panel or a poor one then look through the panels section and find one you like for that plane.
Hope this helps.

Kevin

P.S. welcome to SimV!

Cor - this old chestnut comes up week after week.

Everyone's tastes are different.

Go look at the Screenshots forum and you'll see what people are currently going wild about Wink

I have had many aircraft with great flight dynamics and a beautiful VC.  Some of the best are (in no particular order):

Hughes P-21 Devastator
Henschel Hs P75 by Pete Robinson
Millenium Falcon by Steve Robinson
Piaggio P 180 by Stefano Caputo (no VC)
Heinkel P1079B/II by Steve Robinson
The P-51D Tuskegee Series by Roger Dial, Steve Small and Mike Hambly
Pilatus Visage 95
V22 by Vlad Zhyhulskiy

Most of these, if not all, can be found on SimV.  If not, search on

Good luck, and happy flying!

First of all Welcome to SimV Grin
Your going to have fun here.

As for planes, if your looking for a challenge then I would recamend the Concorde.  Its now my favorite aircraft.  All I can say is its fast and flys like a rock but its there for someone that feels like having a challenge.  Once youve taken it for a couple of TransAtlantic flights it will fly just like any other aircraft.

Heres a link to one of my posts with pics from my last Concorde flight it will give you an idea whether or not your up to the challenge.  Links are supplyed (on the second page of posts) as to the places were I downloaded it and a coulple of needed components.  You will have to give it a little time for the page to load due to the number of pics.

Go to:

And once again Welcome to SimV. Grin

It depends on what kind of flying you're into. Obviously not everyone is going to be into helos, airlines, military aircraft, or even little bush planes like me Wink

well i would recamend the one above that i use.  its 13 mb and takes some time to download but its all worth it.  go to the link i posted above.  it contains pics as well as links to where it all came from. and if i remember it even tells what to do to get the panel to show.

I tryed the one from 2000 and had a lot of trouble with it.  i dont know if it was just my computer or what.  but this other download has a lot more detail and probably flys closer to the real thing.

hope this helps.
