I've just started to work with panels & I'm having a little prob.
I can replace a gauge ok , for an example[ Homer2 gau]  It will show up ok, but I can't get it to turn on & off.
Is there a simple fix for this without a lot of trouble ?
And how can I tell how many windows are available in the cfg file ?

                                                         Thanks/OTTO

Don't understand what you mean by turn on and off

The best freeware panel design/layout prog is CFGEdit.exe. All the windows are listed and you can edit each on individually.

RollerBall,
The Homer2 guage is one that shows up as off & before you take off you can click your mouse on it & it will give you the direction of the departing airport & how many miles you are from it.
I was trying to replace an existing guage with it, but it isn't functional, it will show up but you can't turn it on to use it.
I can replace the cfs2 gps for example & it will work.
It came with one of the mirage panels from this site & I'm trying to use it in other panels also.
Thanks for the help, I'll try the cfgedit prog

                                                             Many Thanks
