Hi

I have read a lot about taking a Gmax file using makeMDL to get it into FS...but how do you take a 3ds model into FS?

It does not appear to be able to export as a .X file - so you can't use makeMDL....how do you do it?

There are plugins for 3DSMax that will export to a DirectX file.

Check the FFDS Tutorials Section for the process... It's a relatively recent tutorial there.
