Now its been awhile, havn't had much time to take the time to post these shots.  When we last left off I had flown from Portales Mun Texas, to Holtville California.  Now this a short post because it's just from Holtville to Dan Diego, which is just over the mountians in west.

Taking off from Holtville.
...

Climbing up to get up and over the mountians.  I had climb into the haze to get over 'em.
...

I guessed the right to come down, cause I didn't crash into the range.
...

Over downtown San Diego.
...

Coming in over runway 18 at San Diego's North Island NAS.
...

Total flight time: 40 mins.

I'll give you the "411" on my flight after this leg.  I fly up the Claifornian coast past LA to San Fran.  When I get to San Fran, I got a little surpise.  I then fly north to a small airport, some of you may know, and I have another "surprise" there.  Then its on to Seatle and the Boeing Plant, where we run into some "bogeys" and up the Canadan coast to Anchorange Alaska.  And thats where I am now.  But while in Canada and Alaska weather boges me down for weeks on end.

Sock

P.S.  The weather part is me stallin' so I can see Alaska and Russia in the winter.  I started my trip to soon in mid-summer.
