Hey all,
Just a few questions i'm sitting here in a world of computer parts wondering what is the best mother board touse for my new pc? Should it be by AMD or ASUS or etc.. Also it's not the proccessor that flight sim kills it's RAM you need right? if someone is nice enough to answer those quick questions i got one more. i'll ask later.

I'm an AMD enthusiast....
So...
I go the the AMD site and look at their recommended Motherboards....
Me...
I like Gigabyte Motherboards.
Example:
AMD Athlon XP 2600....£95 + fan and heat sink.
Gigabyte GA-7VT600L 1394.....£65.

Cool thanx. I have this one motherboard in mind now i'm gonna throw it together with a AMD2800+ proccesor which brings me to my next question i am not a computer geek but would it be fathom able for me to put together a bare bones computer ie Motherboard, Procceser, hard drive install the OS and it work?

I've always built my own computers up since the first 286's so I've had plenty of practice over the years...!
I would suggest that you see if you have a mate who is reasonably good at it, and done it before, and assemble the computer together... 8)...!
You can help each other out then...two heads are better than one, in sorting out problems...

....all those cables, jumpers, switches, etc, etc,....
...!
