Slow frame rates over Paris? (Read 89 times)

My frame rates are normally between 12-30/sec, depending on scenery density etc. Over London (with scenery addons) it's around 14 which is fine.

However, over central France (around Paris mostly), the frame rates drop dramatically to around 2-3/sec.

Anybody else noticed this? Or do I have a Francophobe PC?
