My God.  What the f&*#?  What happened to the aircraft?  I've never seen that kind of destruction in FS! ???

It is freeware!
You can download it  in the simviation Downloads>>misc>>select FX 4

It is very cool, shockwaves and all

I have downloaded and tried the other versions of Select FX, but it hasn't ever done that! Shocked  I guess I should try it again . . .

It looks like someone detonated a firecracker in a model plane. Balsa wood and "Monocoat" flying in every direction Cheesy

Is that first one a collision with another airplane?!
It looks like there is a few identifiers with 0.0nm distances.... Grin

how many aircraft are crashing in the first shot... there are about 4 0.0NM signs in that shot

Check the second shot, there's a few there, too.  I think FS considers the bits and pieces coming off the aircraft as different aircraft, so you get the extra identifiers.

that is exactly what it is... I think it is pretty cool

It is not Slect FX, it is crashback 2004, Sorry

Nice shots, but is it me, or is that Martinair tail coming off while the tail is still on in the first shot? Same with the wings?

Is Crashback 2004 Freeware?

Grin Grin Grin  I guess you can say its a combination of freeware and payware.  I have it, but its limited to what you can do, for example you cannot have more than one effect at a time in freeware , while you can have em all in payware.  In other words you dont get all the bells and whistles unless you pay for it
