Can anyone tell me whay some add on aircraft/panels - ie: atr42, md80, erj170 and 190, and others do not receive nav2 frequencies? there is no pointing to the station on the dual rmi, no distance or speed info. Change aircraft to one you know works and it's fine.....Any ideas folks??? I have looked at gauges, cfgs. etc..and can't find any clues as to what is wrong.....thanks- ps.the adf pointers all work fine on these gauges/panels ???

NAV/COM 1 and 2 only work if you have the following in your aircraft.cfg file

[Radios]
// Radio Type=available, standby frequency, has glide slope
Audio.1=1
Com.1=1, 1
Com.2=
1
, 1
Nav.1=1, 1, 1
Nav.2=
1
, 1, 0
Adf.1=1
Transponder.1=1
Marker.1=1

If the numbers in red are 0, no COM and NAV 2

Also, you can work out for yourself how to make standby frqs work if they are available (surprisingly, they quite often have not been set up properly, especially if you have changed the panel from the one that came with the plane)
