lol....every time anyone mentions Buffalo, the words "Can't win the super bowl" come out. But no one seems to realize that in order to LOSE the super bowl, one must GET TO the super bowl... not an easy feat.

And Ken, I'm sorry to hear about your Cowboys. Not that you lost to Buffalo, but that you're a Cowboys fan. That can't be easy.

On the bright side, though...the Bills are 3-1 coming out of pre-season. Granted, their pre-season schedule was easy, but hey..maybe this is the year.

In a few minutes, I'm going to put the SimV Football Pool up. Every week, those interested can try to pick the winners. If anyone's interested, feel free to join in!

OK Scott, so what are you saying.....oh I see....I think that if I had a team which went to the Super Bowl three times in a row, and never came back with a Ring, other than the one they sit on, ................well, I know, thats " Talking Proud !".........hey hey hey ! Roll Eyes

Don't go appologizing for my Cowpokes....I've been with them since the Bob Lily, Bob Hayes days.....I seem to remember a few trips to the Superbowl and coming home with the hardware on more than one occasion.....
.........but then I've been in the Ralph Wilson fieldhouse at Rich and they still have OJ on the wall in there, so they do have something to talk about ! Tongue

LOL Ken....this is going to become a controversial thread, I can feel it.

What I'm saying is this. The Buffalo Bills made consecutive trips to the big show. Not many teams have done that. (There are a few.) Whether they won or lost, I'd say that it speaks volumes for the quality of the team, especially when compared to teams like New England, Tampa Bay, etc...who have only gone once and won. (I know, I know...Tampa hasn't had a chance to go back yet, but we'll see.)

I think Buffalo has a great team right now. If only Marv Levy would be coaching them, and if we could get Andre Reed and James Lofton to catch Bledsoe's passes....then we'd have us a ballgame!

On a side note, I met Jim Kelly. He's an a$$. lol
