I'm doin' a tasty, Fozzer special, for supper tonight... 8)...!
Thinly sliced, Cheddar cheese.
Thinly sliced, large Spanish onion.
Pre-heat the oven, gas Mark 5
Pile in alternate layers onto a baking sheet.
Pop into the oven on the middle shelf.
Cook slowly until the whole lot has melted together and crisp round the edges!
Remove and put onto a HOT plate.
Consume with fresh buttered bread.
Joyfulness...

You know, some one should open up a British restaurant here in the US. People would come from all over just to find out what a Buttie is. Personally, I think the tripe would go over well. I wouldn't mind trying some authentic 'Bangers and Mashed' Did I say that right? I even have a name for it. "Limey's"

There's a nice British place near my Grandma. Serves up nice fish n' chips but their salmon is a bit over done. It's always filled with the elderly and an assortment of trailer trash.

If you've ever go to the CNE in Toronto, be sure to take a trip to the Food Building. So much to choose from.
You get the old standards like pizza and burgers but they have lots of wonderful international places from Jamaican to German. When I was there on Sunday, I went to the Greek stand and got Souvlaki on a pita which was quite good. My mom had a German sausage on a bun.
I only pretend to know what I'm talking about. Heck, that's what lawyers, car mechanics, and IT professionals do everyday.
