Hi
Does anyone know on what disc and where the gauches are stored? I think I deleted a few by mistake (using some stupid gauge-cleaner that threw away half of my gauges Sad, most of which I retrieved though...)
Thanks
AJ

Look on CD-1. Aircraft.CAB or Typical.CAB I think. You can open CAB files with WinZip & extract files in the usual way. Some of the defaults are XML gauges in CAB format themselves. For example, beech_baron.cab, boeing747-400.cab, simicons.cab etc.
Paste these CAB files direct to FS2002\GAUGES. Do NOT extract the files from them.

Found them! Actually they are in fs2002.cab, if anyone else is looking for them.

Bye now
