And I'm sorry you didn't go because I was in the Arizona Territory chasin' Mr. Charles around with the 7th Marines while that far out event was going on. That meeting of patriots on Mr. Yasgurs farm probably helped end the crap in Vietnam, Republic of, as much as any ten other events of the time. Remember Country Joe? GIMME AN F!!!! Grin

The next spring I was in North Carolina when the movie came out and the boss of the base I was on wouldn't let it be shown in the theaters on base and put the theater in town showing it off limits with MPs at the doors to keep jarheads out. We saw it in Goldsboro. Sad
