What kind of message do you think this brings to you?
Architect of his own demise
Seeds of decent
And so on.
I think you mean "seeds of dissent." The message is obvious. Man cound not resist making the machines in his own image. The machines revolted & destroyed Man.

Hey Ozzy,
I seem to recall in the first few minutes of the film "Bicentenial man", Robin Williams uttered these same rules.
(That was a good film. One of the very few that the Mrs and I both liked and actually found to be both enjoyable and quite 'touching'). Very good movie for anyone who hasn't seen it.
Your kids could watch it too, without feeling a need to stick pins into small creatures afterwards..........

I Like Flight Simulation!
Robocop, a far cry from Asimov's robots, also had preprogrammed rules which he was able to disobey.
So far no AI has been able to pass the Turing test, so we're safe for a while.
If MS designs the software we'll be safe for a long time.

It's not the MS software that's a problem it's when FS sim designers decide they would like a change of direction and take over I'll be worried
