Sanitary confinment

They should have to go and clean everything that involve's bathrooms- toilets out houses etc.. and the people that usally do the job can watch to make sure its getting done . and the watchers get paid not the doers..
IF THERE GOING TO CAUSE ALL THIS SHIT THEY CAN REALLY DEAL WITH SHIT.. MAKE EXAMPLES OF THEM IT MIGHT JUST WORK.
