best way to do it,
goto o'hare and turn all your sliders on the left side of the settings options, to max, then adjust them till it runs smoothly again with out loosing the gates.

Like you guys are saying, some airports do have gates and jetways. I noticed them in Munich, for example. I'm sure LAX has 'em too.

Can't actually pull up to them though, can you? I fly with my realism settings maxed out, and if I get too close to a building or another plane, F$ considers that a crash.
