But Dave if we stop the drinking how will we keep the title Squiffy Squadron?
Also Wills wife v.kindly offered to let us land in the back garden for a whiskey and coke as we were rather low on gas, like the engines were running on the smell of an oily rag!

Speaking about Southwest Airlines......

Quote:
A&E Reality Airline Show Taking Wing
Ready for yet another reality TV show?
Southwest Airlines yesterday announced a partnership with A&E Network for a new, "real-life adventure series" - a behind-the-scenes look at the drama surrounding commercial airline travel.

A&E is in production with Granada on 10 half-hour episodes of "Airline," which is set to debut in the first quarter of 2004, said Robert DeBitetto, senior vice president of programming for A&E.

"Airline" is based on the hit British show of the same name, which has pulled in strong ratings during its six-year run on Britain's ITV Network.

The A&E series will focus on Southwest Airlines, the Dallas-based discounter and the nation's fourth-largest carrier.

The series, produced by the Britain-based entertainment company Granada, will "focus on the highs and lows of passengers" as well as "follow the airline's staff and crew, from the high-flying pilots through to the check-in staff and supervisors," the companies said in a statement.

"The many flights of Southwest Airlines offer the perfect vehicle for a multitude of compelling stories," DeBitetto said.

"It's a crazy way of life, and one that is extraordinarily interesting to watch."

We're on FS2k2, and we're running private sessions using FSHost so no-one can see what we're up too, the formation stuff is improving, the last 20 mins of any flight are spent playing it at full throttle on the deck, which in London last night was frankly scary (if you are a normal person) Grin
We're prepping for the airshow Wes so we don't need any heavy pilots I'm afraid, however check out the airshow thread in the 2k2 forum and see if you can come up with something. The more the merrier Grin

If you need a fourth sucker for a Finger four formation then i'm only too willing. I even have my own Spitfire. Cheesy

Also if you need proof that I can fly in a formation then...

...

I have other shots of other formations that will take some finding but i've flowen a Bf109 inbetween the main wing and the tail plane of a He111 and stayed there! Grin

Nice to have you back Woody pal. Last night Ozzy invited anyone who wanted to join in to get in touch with him but only Ozzy, Smoke and I turned up. I suggest you PM him and see what he says.
By the way, we held a good vic formation tonight for quite some time. Hope to see some screen shots of it soon!
