Remember all of the naysayers when this sim first came out, I was one! Where are the addon aircraft? I eat my words in your presence.  Lips Sealed
I've downloaded all of these aircraft and each one of them worked in CFS3 the first time!
On CFS and CFS2 I ran into alot of problems getting the first new aircraft to work properly.
Thanks for posting the list with hyperlinks. Smiley

Capt_Redneck, aren't those all repaints of default aircraft?  I have only listed aircraft that have completely new visual models, Air files, and DPs.

I know the P51's (the HO and Old Crow scream) out do the stock big time and the P40's, is all its on, but im not sure about the rest of the others. All i do is download them, install them and fly them. You might want to download and have a look at the files if you know what your looking for in a change other than stock.

Also there are a few planes here as well http://www.simnetwork.com/listing.php?cat=14 ; But you need a good popup killer.

I've added the Curtiss Hawk III.  Designed by Ivan Hsu, it appears to be a wonderful aircraft.

???Novice's question.  I installed the Panther and Bearcat as described into CFS3 but these two planes only show up under the Great Britain flag, not the USA.  Why?  I unzipped and copied the aircraft folder into the CFS3 Aircraft folder.  Did I miss someother step?

Mikemike1234, I think you need the CFS3 Nationality Expansion Kit.

JayS, the CFS3 Nationality Expansion Kit is a freeware kit by Rick Rutherford.  When installed, it adds many more nationalities to CFS3 that can be used to add aircraft that from different countries and, in your case, the USN.  It is avaiable here:

http://www.simviation.com/cfs3_misc2.htm

Hope that works,

Aloha people

Aeroplane Heaven ( www.aeroplaneheaven.com ) has some freeware planes for CFS 3, like the Bf 109E
Some standalone versions of that plane done by Tom Stovall, his site is in your list allready
Some other stand alone versions of that plane can be found on my site www.fouteman-goes-cfs3.tk
