I find the handling of cfs3 planes very hard. How can I turn left and right more easily/faster? When I turn, it takes 1-5 seconds before anything happens. When the plane finally turns, it turns too much and too fast. I have already made my keyboard-response as fast as possible. I have also made every possible easy-handlings in the game's Options-menu. Hardware is not old - 3 weeks. Going up and down is a little bit easier, but not easy. What am I doing wrong?

Hi absolutebeginner,

If you don't already have one, I would highly recommend that you get a joystick. Even a cheap 10 or 20 dollar joystick is a lot better than using the keyboard. It will sure make simming CFS3 a lot more realistic and fun for you.

There are a couple things that you can try though. In the "Options" box select the "Realism" button and make sure that "Auto-Rudder" is reddened.

And in the "Control Options" you can click on the "Sensitivities" tab and move the sliders all the way to the right. These sliders may only work for joysticks. I don't know because I've never simmed using just the keyboard.

Just a few suggestions.

Good luck.
