Me and Ozzy have been working on a top secret (not really) project for CFS3. We are updating Patrick Didiers Hurricane MkI. I have finished the textures and am right now building a special mission for it.
Mark is making some much more realistic flight dynamics. I'm not sure how far along he is...I'm sure he'll give information on his part in this topic, though.
I have painted the Hurricane as Squadron Leader (later Wing Commander) Stanford Tuck's bus. He originally flew Spits, then got given his own Hurri squadron. He racked up an enormous 30 kills during the war and deserves to be remembered as one of the great British aces, IMHO.
The mission I'm building is a replica of his first combat mission in a Hurricane in which he destroyed a Dornier 17 and a Bf109.
Sadly, there are no Dornier 17s or He111s for CFS3 yet, so I only included Ju88 as the bombers. The 88s are going to bomb London and are being escorted by Bf110s. I won't say any more right now.
I'll get a screenshot of the Hurri as soon as possible, BTW.

The flight dynamics are coming along well, I did a test this morning and took out a number of enemy fighters, suffering only minor damage (silly mistake, turned into the guys guns whilst evading the other two!), and I think I've got the handling and damage resistance just right.

Don't get me wrong BUT those white tips on the undersides of the wings shouldn't be there and i'm quite sure that tuck's aircraft had a red and white spinner not black.
Note. this is CONSTRUCTIVE critism and if i'm wrong please tell me.

The white tips aren't my falt...they're painted the exact same colour as the rest. I don't have a clue why they do that.
I think you're wrong about the spinner too:
There is another version of his Hurri that had one, but it was completely different:

I intend to do a repaint of his other hurricane so please don't steal it from me.

Looks like the other one I didn't do has the old one wing black and the other white trick.
Stupid or what? So ground observers could see the planes...but so did the enemy as soon as you banked!
I won't steal it...honest...
How's you Douglas Bader one coming on? I'll do one if you've gave up!

Latest update.
I've sent the dynamics files to Whitey and Patrick to see what they think and suggest any mods or improvements.
If all is okay I should release them in the next couple of days.

.JPG compression is just horrible!
Figure you could post a shot a bit more uncompressed?
