As usual with these kind of posts -  you will always get much better response if you tell people what you have done so far - with screenshots.

I'm afraid your site has dead & incomplete pages - looks bad & gets no respect .. You should never publicise something before it is ready. People who visit - that will be their last visit...

Asking for designers when you have no design skills yourself is 100% a dead end road - as far as history goes.......

If you have experience in design just post some details with shots & you'll get a much better response or advice ...
