I used to have a file that would open the "radio" files in CFS2, but I lost it in a computer crash, and I sure would like to have it back.  The files have a country abbreviation, then a .gv? extension. ( ex.: jpn02.gvi)

The utility I am looking for could open them, and presumably edit them.  I sure would like to have that utility again.

Does anyone have a clue, OR the util, itself?  Would appreciate it.
