After you download AI AIRCRAFT,do you put them into the aircraft folder or you put them into another specific folder?

Just into the normal aircraft folder - they're just normal planes, and you can even fly them, but most of them won't come with a virtual cockpit, and will alias to a default panel.
However, it's up to you to create schedules for the AI planes. They don't just take off, fly to a random airport and land, it's all worked out! Downloading TTools from somewhere should help you create flightplans for them.
