How do I change the panel lighting? (Read 106 times)

I have been flying Lago's Commuter Twin Otter using the virtual cockpit but everytime I fly at night I notice that the whole cockpit is red. How do I decrease the cockpit brightness and increase the gauges' or maybe change the instrument from red to green like it looks in 2d?
