I was wondering how you can make metal pieces such as the nose cone on the default caravan look shiny like real metal. I have seen screen shots where it it shining like polished metal.
Help

Hi again,
I was looking for info on this problem and came across what I think maybe the solution in another section.

Someone indicated that they had just installed a new graphix card Geforce MX 440, the same one that I just installed. The person said they lost reflections and I didn't realize it, but so have I.

Apparently this is a known problem and the solution was to find the display cfg. file and change the text in the Geforce section. I wrote down what to put in but where do I find the display cfg. file and how do I get into it.

Any assitance would be greatly appreciated
Eric

You'll have to tweak your graphics card. After I tweaked mine, I managed to get that effect on the Caravan. I used Riva Tuner, which I highly recomend. You can get it at www.guru3d.com

I only pretend to know what I'm talking about. Heck, that's what lawyers, car mechanics, and IT professionals do everyday.
