as the title says does life get easy?
just as things seem to be going my way, wham i get hit with something else. just the other day i end up speaking to my ex's sister(we talk every now and again and are still friends) the problem starts when she tells me i should try and get her back, i wont go into the details as to why we broke up as that was something i promised to keep between us. but anyway, she starts going on how she isnt her usual bubbly self with her current boyfriend and how she was happier with me and so on, now its obviously difficult to tell if she is completley accurate in these observations, admitidly from the few times i have spoken to my ex she has seemed less like herself. but again it could just be my ex's sister not liking this guy and wanting him gone, so now i am left thinking what the hell do i do, and do i risk any future chance by getting involved now. i aint looking for a fight with this guy as me and fighting are bad thing, last time was few years ago and it was lucky there were alot of people round to pull me off the guy,  and i refuse now to get into fights with anyone.
all i need to know is does it get easier with age? i am 19 and i am being put through more stress than i think is normal and fair.
oh to be retired like fozzer, carefree most difficult desicion has to be what time to eat breakfast:) wanna swap mate?  

Hmmm. Why do I get a feeling of deja vu Craig? Seems we've been down this road before. Admit it, you never got over this ex of yours. Her sister is not helping at all.

I could give you my advice to forget it & move on. Stop seeing these people for a while if that helps & find new interests. There's plenty more fish in the sea so go out & find them. That would be the sensible way but I know you won't listen. Only you can make that decision.

In my experience, life doesn't get any easier. The priorities change & you might manage to cope with it better, that's all. I can't speak for Fozzer but I'm retired too. I'm quite satisfied with my life but would willingly swap with you any day.

but hey if you have seen the girls round here you wouldnt be saying that urgh and most are as dumb as door nails too. i'm just not interested in the whole dating scene really. perhaps thats why i make things so hard on myself who knows:)to picky maybe. as for the beer perhaps i should start drinking seems to take many of lifes problems away:)

i will be avoiding the alcohol i cant stand anything along those lines and i have seen some of the things it can do. waters perfectly fine for me. hows the running going then ozzy?

  I know what you are going to say: "You had a serious drinking problem" and you know how I will respond: "Yep, I was a full blown alcoholic," I didn't really crave it, but alls it took was one beer, and I would not stop until I passed out, or all the alcohol was gone, or the bar closed.

  I can honestly say that all the worst problems I've ever had to deal with were directly related to alcohol consumption, and it all started out by just having a few beers with my friends.
I love to drink and anyone would tell you I was great fun to drink with, but it got really out of control.

  But that's just my story, I know some folks can have a few beers and call it a night, and they do this their whole lives, I wish I could have been that way, but I don't miss it now, my head is clear and I can see all the trouble drinking caused me, and how much it cost me in the end.

  I don't want to sound preachy, that's just not me, I can only tell you my story, and everyones story is different, but don't think for one second that drinking makes your problems go away, it only makes you forget about them for the moment, and you just might find yourself where I was, waking up the next day in some field, and on the long walk home you realize that your problems are still there and a lot of times the things you can't remember that you did while you were having a great time drinking only made them worse.

  I am totally clean now, I quit drinking, smoking cigarettes, (both tobacco and funny) and using other chemicals, I figure I'm 37 and I spent the first half of my life getting f'd up and having fun, and I did have a lot of fun, playing in bands, getting layed, raising hell, but now I want to be healthy and stay out of trouble.

  But you're only 19 so you are going to have to learn these things on your own, and I would never tell someone not to do something that I myself had done in the past, just be careful with the choices you make in life, it sounds like you have a good head on your shoulders, get your education and pilots license, stick to your goals and stay focused. I've been through a lot with women so I know where you're coming from, and my advice in that department is let her come back to you, if she wants to work it out she will let you know, it's cool to talk as friends, every relationship starts out as a friendship, but if you try to push it you'll just push her away.
  I don't want to make your situation seem hopeless because there is always a chance, but this will probably not be the only female that will do this to you, there will be others down the road, so just go with the flow.

And that's all I gotta say 'bout that.
