DH 82A Tiger Moth - closely followed by any vintage light aircraft. Real aeroplanes without a nosewheel in sight. I love 'em.
Favourite military types are the Hawker Hunter & Sea Fury.
Favourite airliner - Douglas DC-3.

Vickers Supermarine Spitfire. Love them all, but my real passion is for the later models with the Griffon engine.
Avro Lancaster. Just an awsome sight. I get goose bumps every time I see one.
Avro Vulcan. Like the Lancaster, just awsome. Sadly missed on the UK airshow scene.
Hawker Hurricane. Unsung Hero. Far too few of these wounderful aircraft around these days.
English Electric Lightning. If you never saw a Lightning (or a Vulcan) perform, you really missed a treat. Just magnificent. Last truly British performance aircraft. Sadly missed.
Hawker Sea Fury. The ultimate piston engined Fighter. Served with distiction in Korea when the world was changing over to jets. Too few remaining in the UK these days.
Hawker Hunter. Classic British jet fighter. Nice to see so many still around.

Spitfire Mk IX or V. Just soooooooooooo sexy!!!!
SU-29 - the hurlinator.
An-225 - my favourite stunt plane
and the only thing flying that is bigger than my ego.
Avro Vulcan - no words necessary.
English Electric Lightning - WOOF!!!
Tiger Moth - My favourite biplane, and one of the most beautiful ever made.
Stearman - My second favourite biplane, harder than a diamond, and Mark proof landing gear.
Beech G-18/58/King Air - simply the best twins going.
Little Nellie gyrocopter - hey if its good enough for Sir Sean Connery KT its good enough for me, 'nuff said
Huey - simply a classic helicopter.
Mi-24 - the scary big brother of helicopters
There are two types of aeroplane, Spitfires and everything else that wishes it was a Spitfire!

Gotta be the Ju-87 Stuka (which looks quite aesthetically pleasing in an Afrika Korps scheme) or the F4U Corsair (preferably a World War II model). Love those gull wings!

My fave plane? I'd have to say SR-71a. There are some things in this World just look
right
and the SR-71 is one of them. That along with Kylie Minogue and a pint of Marstons.........
Imagine that, coming home to find an SR-71a parked on your driveway, with Kylie in the cockpit, holding a pint of cool Marstons...

This is so hard to define my fav plane, as I would really like to fly, unencumbered and not encased in any material at all.....to have the full freedom to move about in total 3d space with no constrictions of accelerations or limits to either, direction, change of direction, or static placement..........I guess I need to fly in my head ..........

F-16 Falcon : neat fighter
UH-1 huey : well made helicopter that passed the armies expectations when it first appeared.
U-2 Ladybird - must be neat to operate, you fly 60 000 ft and see up to 4 sunsets a day.
SR-71 - looks better than the U-2
C-130 Hercules - good cargo plane
Space Shuttle - It would be neat to go into orbit.
ranger modified toy rocket - because it will make a neat explosion

I like the nose of the 727, the overall grace of the DC-10-30 (not the 10-10), the size of the 777, and the reliability of the 737.
Wow, that could make for a great design for one of you gMax folks! I'd love to see that done.
