Help with Lago (Read 168 times)

I'm sorry if this is n't the correct forum but I didn't know where else to put it and I have trieed everything I know to solve the problem myself.

I purchased FSLogbook from the Lago sit the middle of last week.  It was the download version for 14.99 Euro.  ON their site they state taht when you pruchase you will receive a registration key to activate the software.  Well I purchased, they charged my card, I received an email receipt that said I would receive my registration key within 24 hours.  That was 7 days ago and I still haven't received anything.  I have emailed both Lago and the bank they use for their online orders, (Sella.it) 6 times and received no response from anyone.

I ate the cost of an international phone call yesterday and called Sella and Lago but no one spoke English so after 10 minutes with Lago and about 3 with Sella I was hung up on.

Does anyone here have any ideas?  I don't knw where to go form here.

John

Try following this link and enter the e-mail address you used when you purchased it.  This will automatically send you the unlock code, provided you did buy it (which I am sure you did).

Thanks everyone.  I went back over to the Lago webpage and found an email for Yoda and he took care of it for me.  I received an email from the sella bank people that they had sent it to the wrong address, but all is well in mudville.

Thanks again and BTW FSLogbook is great!
