Hi,
I had experienced a very nice DC-9 and even repainted it. I have only one problem with it, the nose gear seem to go into asphalt after landing or when taxing IE: like the tire of the front landing gear is flat.
Could you please tell me how to modify the airplane setup to make it right.
Tank you Claude

Clause which model DC9 do you have, and have you modified the aircraft.cfg file at all?

Hi,
I jave the DC-9 (B7172MOZ.zip) and a B727 that comes with (b72vag2.zip). They both do tha same after landing. The front gear wheel goes in the asphalte !!! I would gladly show a picture but I dont have your email.

If it's a question of the wheels being located too low i.e. beneath the asphalt, as opposed to the gear collapsing, take a look at my reply in this thread at the top of the page:

The file names don't help much without knowing where I can download them. Are these FS2002 or older FS2000 designs? Many FS2000 aircraft have the "sinking nosewheel" problem when used in FS2002. It's caused by the suspension settings & sometimes only happens after braking or while taxying. My little tute might help explain it .

So much depends on the particular aircraft that it's difficult to suggest ideal settings. It might be best to compare the entries with a similar default aircraft.

Tank you, I will try this and give you news about it. I have tried a couple of changes myself but was far away from the right one.
