I don't think it is - I had this package for FS2k, but the planes don't seem to work successfully in FS2k2 - I just got black screens with nothing happening.

You can use the panels and sounds in FS2k2 though, so all is not lost. Get some Airbuses from the downloads pages and alias the panels and sounds to them - works well.
