Boot from multiplayer while scenery loads (Read 333 times)

After installing the Fuel_ADF add-on version 2, into the scendb (as instructed) about 50% of the time I get booted from Multiplayer during scenery load.  Removing the Fuel_ADF add-on eliminates the problem. 
Any suggestions?
