Matt,
the BC mesh files are not for the lazy at heart

You need to decide which one(s) you want to install, then print out the Readme files & follow the author's instructions - ticking off with a pen if necessary.

There really is no simple short cut. He made them that way & that cannot be changed.

I have installed these files myself having recently been to BC. In my opinion these files are more complicated than they need be but he decided to make them that way so ..... that's the way it is ....

I suggest one file at a time. Concentrate on that one file until you get it installed.  Don't go attempting to install whole groups of things at once.
