Seeing as no one has really answered this yet, YES, you can add either AI flights and aircraft or statics to the scenery, for the statics, you will need to d/l some static aircraft macros or use M98toBGL to convert FS98 aircraft (easier on the FPS) into macros (APIs) and use a scenery editor to place them, FSSC by Derek Leung works great for this and has a bulit in tutorial that goes step by step on getting started. The other option and more realistic is to get TTools and AFCAD and add  the aircraft you want as AI and have them flying in and out, more of a learning curve, buit worth it in the end.

hope this helps!

Craig, I believe that may be the man although I'm not sure if he started in the  '50's. Thats some jumps!!!

Michael, I've got TTools and AFCAD.  I'd prefer that approach but was hoping for an easier fix someone may have found. No harm in asking. THANKS TO ALL
                                                      Cheers, Colin

Theres a great app called YRoute that makes adding flight plans much easier, and GA_MAKER.exe which adds GA traffic to airports. I'll make some traffic for you if you'd like...we'd need the same planes of course.

I haven't seen GA_MAKER but it could be what I want.
Thanks for the offer but the original intention was for static aircraft rather than traffic movement. Smiley
