The following applies to anyone who has FSD's latest Twinprops FDE update for the Beechcraft Baron:

I hadn't actually noticed this, (shame on me!) but FSD's update introduces a fault in the Flap position lighting. I'm greatly indebted to "zfehr" for posting this message elsewhere:

I noticed after installing this upgrade that the approach flap indicator (blue light) no longer functions. It is because the flap positioning was changed for better emulation of this aircrafts true characteristics. It's an easy fix with a xml editor like the one included with FS Panel Studio.
Open the gauge for editing. Go to the line regarding flap position 1 and change the x;y coordinates from 0,15.5 to 0,15, then change the percentage setting from 50 to 53. Save the changes and next time you set the flaps for approach the light will again work, both in 2d and VC cockpit views.

For anyone unfamiliar with how to edit XML gauges, who also has my Baron  V2 Panel, I'll fix it for you if you'll e-mail me at fstipster@hotmail.com enclosing your panel.cfg file.

It's Flaps Switch.xml which is contained inside the beech_baron.cab file.

You need to decompile that file to access it and either re-compile it, or just run the gauges from a folder called "beech_baron" which you place in the Gauges folder in place of beech_baron.cab.
