I ran into this one while poking around.  It's some tweaks for the standard panels.  Before you open up your cfg files read the whole page.  You can just download the tweaks without manual editing.

Watch out for the aircraft.cfg files.  They add visual damage but the text is in German.  It's probably easier to add visual damage manually.

Tipster included this link in the readme file for the Baron 58 panel.  I wish he had put in big capital letters because it's so good and I didn't try it until I got into trouble.  It has instructions for the blue radios and several alternate panels which incorporate them into various aircraft.  Definitely worth a look.
