I think you'll find the WTC at flightsim.com if not here.
As for the Petronas towers, I was under the impresion they were already in FS2002. Could be wrong - not actually been to Malaysia yet. I've not personally come across an add-on for them.

There are several different scenery files that add the WTC back into the flightsim.

The Petronas Towers are already built in, if you take off from Kuala Lumpa you'll see them in no time at all!
As for the WTC there is a patch available here under scenery downloads that restores them to the game, however you can no longer land on the roof with a heli, as they have been made 'transparent' to aircraft so no-one can replicate the Al Qaeda Airways stunt, out of respect for those who perished.
