A benefactor from the flightsim community who wishes to remain anonymous, has paid my phone bill.
This action is something I never expected and I am EXTREMELY grateful for. I'm not in the habit of scrounging, and I'm doing what I can in the way of repayment.
So you're stuck with me for a little longer...LOL
Thanks again to all who posted in the "Very Sorry" thread.

Glad to see you're still with us, and to whoever paid the phone bill, well done! This is a gesture that we can all learn from, and be inspired by. Not many people think of doing these kinds of things when someone else is going through a hardship, but if we all tried to think of such personal solutions to the problems of others, the world would be a much nicer place.

Again - thankyou for the kind remarks.
The benefactor is a man of outstanding generosity and trust, and visits this forum, which is all I'm at liberty to say on the subject of his identity.
It rests as a tribute to this forum and the site as a whole, that people like him, and all of you, come here.
I'm very glad to be able to stay here and bug you all.

This is a testiment to why it's so important to cultivate strong friendships.
A simple act of kindness, might not be a big thing to one person, but it can do wonders for the recipient's personal being.
Well done!

Thankyou all again for your kind remarks.
I have to say this is getting slightly embarressing though
. I don't do anything a lot of other people do, and besides that, the point of this thread was to highlight the exraordinary act on behalf of my benefactor and thank him.
So please, much as I appreciate all your kind remarks, please confine yourselves to applauding the generous payment of my bill and the kind man behind it.
Thanks.
