+1 Huh

"Oh! I have slipped the surly bonds of Earth and danced the skies on laughter silvered wings. Sunward I've climbed and joined the tumbling mirth of sun split clouds.....and done a hundred things you have never dreamed of.....wheeled and soared and swung high in the sunlit silence. Hovering there, I've chased the shouting wind along and flung my eager craft through footless halls of air.

Up, up the long, delerious, burning blue I've topped the wind swept heights with easy grace where never Lark, nor even Eagle flew. While with silent lifting of mind I've trod the high untrespassed sanctity of space, put out my hand and touched the face of god"

This is a good example of the importance of the much abused apostrophe. It makes all the difference to the meaning.

V fib is a heart arrhythmia that can cause sudden death......I think he means defibrillation or maybe I just don't get it Wink

To understand this, we need to know what a V-fib is.

Ventricular fibrillation (V-Fib) is when the heart ceases to pump blood altogether—in which the patient is considered in full cardiac arrest. It is the most common rhythm experienced in cardiac arrest, and thankfully also the one with the best prognosis, as the heart in V-fib is still open to defibrillation and has the chance to be shocked back into a normal sinus rhythm thereby. On an EKG, it is characterized by a completely random and chaotic stream of short peaks—much smaller and more uneven than in V-tach. It requires immediate resuscitative efforts, and (usually) defibrillation to shock the heart back before it degrades further into an even worse rhythm, asystole (commonly called a flat line), which is no better or worse for the patient's circulation (as the heart is stopped either way), but has a much worse chance of survival because the heart is now depolarized, and is deemed 'unshockable'—unable to be brought back by defibrillation. Often times if a patient regresses into asystole, their only chances are CPR and drugs (such as epinephrine) bringing he heart back to a shockable rhythm like V-fib, but the chances at that point are much slimmer for recovery.

And the Ctrl+alt+delete hint is meant as when your computer freeze, you often press those three buttons to get the computer "back to life", so to speak.

Cheers, Theis  Cool

You are aware that your image is a Sinus rythm, and not a V-fib?

I'm aware that it's not your V-Fib. I'm no medical expert. It was the only one I could find in green - the same colour as the Windows Task Manager graph. Wink
