Does anyone know where I can find the T-34 that was here painted in blue camouflage with the tail code SW?

A sim one? If so, for what sim?

When you sign in on SimV go to the left margin and select "search".  Then enter "T34" and "2004" as the format.  Your search will return a link to Alfa Sim's T34 A/B which is the one you are looking for. This is also freeware.
