It's going to be a viscous battle, that we all know. I think though PMDG made a low blow, and really shown some real unprofessionalism by their actions in this scenario. I find it quite appalling that their own employees go against their own word, as it is clearly stated that competing products would not be discussed in that section of the forums by PMDG dev, and yet another dev goes against that, and harshly too.

I am amazing such a high-profile developer would go out and make such comments, especially when they have little to show of their own. Also makes me wonder if the guys over at PMDG seen how some other genre betas work... This also really makes me consider whether it is actually worth purchasing the PMDG 777 if and when it is released. This also leads me to think PMDG that might quite possibly scared and might be trying to degrade another company over their unique sales tactics just because they provide what could be a successful competitor, and I don't think PMDG has ever been challenged to this degree, if any.

As someone who has purchased products from both companies, both have their pros and cons, and I was considering purchasing both 777s. After seeing this, things might change though, as I don't see love of other developers, but I do see drama, and one does not go more against their own words then in this situation.

Also understand that I am not apart of either side. I am an independent, uninfluenced customer.

Bizarre.

I think ive mentioned this before but im sure these 'devs' just love going on forums and doing all this 'teaser' stuff just to enjoy the gushing, if not down right weird, love for there 'companies' depending on which you favour.

Does anyone really care? I guess so, but i wonder sometimes about these 'proud supporters' , 'test pilots' and various 'captains'... Cheesy No offence intended, BTW!

Surely they will be released when they are ready. Or in one case, before they are ready!.

I must be missing somthing  Roll Eyes Grin

MilViz.  The CS is always the best, detail, systems, sounds.  The Just Flight is ok from what I heard.

I hear the MilViz one just knocks them out of the sky. Having  flown their C310 on my friends computer, I would not be surprised at all.
