Wow... Is that water fake in the first one???   Huh

This... Is Rio.
...
Loud and talkative Bengal cat. He's not ours; his owner lives two houses down, but he wanders around the neighborhood getting food and talking to his human friends. He'll sometimes get into a fight if he meets another cat though... But it's rare because he's kicked out all other cats in the neighborhood. He thinks all the houses are his too...
I came up with the name "ilikerio" way back in 4th grade, and I've used it with most user accounts ever since.

Default FSX High 2x settings. Wink  Just put it at sunset where the sun is just above or on the water, and enjoy. Smiley

Yeah, the water animation kills my computer, and any of the other ones except the 2x settings other than the lowest makes it impossible to tell height easily.  Plus, of the 1x settings, the lowest both looks best, and blends with the land best.  Animation's not worth it if it looks bad!

Really?  I actually thought it was kinda the worst one.  Especially before I added the last second auto-edit.  I must say, it didn't give me much to work with either.  The original shot was absolutely HORRIBLE.

Glad you like it though.  Smiley

Sorry to resurrect this thread a lil' bit, but that third shot just made me go  Shocked

I love it, it's spectacularly dramatic and imposing. The Me262 is pretty cool as well, you nailed the directional blur.

Thanks!  Yeah, it took me quite a whie to get that blur just right.  I'm lovin' that zoom blur. Smiley
And besides, I'm pretty sure no one really minds resurrecting threads.  For the oldies long time members, it brings back memories, and for the newbies, it's another new, cool topic to look at. Smiley

After I posted that I took a look at the link you posted to the original shot; what a transformation! I love the colour and the sense of speed in it. Really really cool.  Cool

I, too, thought the shaky Stuka was quite innovative. Looks to me like I'm coming at it at 300 knots while it's coming at me at 300 knots. Collision imminent. Shoot or avoid? You have one second to decide...
