Jet...

..you would be amazed at what I can accomplish with a screwdriver, a pair of pliers, and an adjustable wrench, to achieve a few additional knots on my aircraft.....

...unbeknown to the FAA... Wink... Wink..!

Paul... Smiley...!

P.S The fitting of the exhaust-driven Turbocharger overcomes the additional weight of all the extra instruments on the panel....trust me... Grin...!

Nice Panel, Paul!

Don't 'ya love FS Panel Studio? It gives me hours of enjoyment modifying panels, tweaking them so they're just right!

You what you need to finish that off? A good old Lift Reserve Indicator!

FSX Lift Reserve Indicator. This is a rendition of the RW Lift Reserve Indicator (LRI) for FSX general aviation aircraft. It will give you an idea of how much speed and AoA remain before the aircraft enters a stall condition. It has an FS2004/FS2002 version included. Testing in GA only for FS2002, FS2004, and FSX shows that it should be universal. A couple of basic panel. cfg editing examples are included, but, a familiarity with adding gauges to Panels/Windows is recommended. By Don Bodenstedt.

Don created his gauge based on the RW gauge:

http://www.mountainflying.com/Pages/articles/alpha_systems_aoa.html

And it works surprisingly well, too! I've got it in all of my GA aircraft all the way up to the DC-3, and I love it!

Paul,

The LRI is a freeware gauge, and will work with FSX, FS 9 and FS 2002. I have it installed in FS 09 and FS 2002.

If you want, shoot me a PM with your e-mail addy and I'll send you the files. You'll really like it!

Sorted!... Wink...!

Popped the .cab file into my FS 2004 Gauges Folder.

Just need my trusty hole cutter, and a length of plastic pipe, to fit it into my Cessna 150 Panel now... Smiley...!
