G'day guys,

Quick question, this doesn't happen very often at all.  I was taxiing behind an AI a320 to Rwy 25 at Barcelona and the aircraft stopped at the holding point and didn't contact the tower.

There were no aircraft on finals and no break in the taxi-route (checked AFCAD) - is there a cause for this?

I haven't tried yet to recreate the problem - but will get to that as well.

Cheers guys - Happy New Year!

Stew,

Check that the hold short node is within distance limit of the runway edge (View>Show hold short limits).

Also, you can try placing a normal node (or ILS hold short node) on the taxiway segment a short distance behind the hold short node.
