Could you guys give me a few bullet points of advice regarding take off, climb and landing.
-How much degrees on flaps prior to take off
-V1 speed
-Angle of takeoff
-Climb speed
etc

Here's what I normally do. I learned this by reading about the 737 and then some stuff from flying the QW757.
I normally take off with flaps 5 or 10 depending on length of runway and weight etc.
Set thrust to around 90% of N1 and rotate at around 140 knots.
Maintain around 180knots while maintaining thrust at 90% of N1. So speed is maintained using pitch normally around 15 to 20 degrees nose up.
Flap retraction speeds are in the knee board under reference (Shift+F10)
Once at 1000ft lower the nose slightly and accelerate to 250knots. Maintain 250knots to 10,000ft then accelerate to 280knots. Maintain this to your cruising altitude.
My experience using the QW757 has showed me that the 250knots to 10,000ft is maintained using pitch and not by reducing thrust. This normally results in a very fast climb of nearly 3,000ft/min.
Alternatively you can set the climb to what you want just keep to 250knots below 10,000ft and 280knots above 10,000ft. Simple

It depends on weight, density altitude, temp etc...
But in FSX
Set flaps to 30
Power to 100% (engine N1 reading)
I start lifting the nose at 120
Never more than 20degs (makes passingers twitch if more)
retract flaps at nessasary speeds
reduce power to cruise
These are also very fine points to add:

30 Degrees of flap for take off is way too much, in almost any airplane. At that point you are creating too much drag, which reduces your climb rate. The most a 737 normally uses for takeoff is 10 degrees.

Usually 1-5 degrees for takeoff. 10 if your on a short runway.

Do you even know what V1 is? Much less V2... Vref?
T/O: Flaps 1, unless 5 is required for noise abatement. 10 if you've got a very short runway, but I can't think of a time I've
ever
done flaps 10, even in the sim. Pull back on the yoke at Vr, but not too vigorously or you'll have a tail strike in all but the short-body aircraft. Bad juju. With a positive climb indication, retract your gear. Pitch to maintain V2+10 through 400 AGL. Accelerate to clean maneuvering speed (210+ is a good target. Flaps 1/5 limit is 250 kts, but that's okay, because the ATC speed limit is 250 below 10. You knew that, right?). Retract your flaps. Above 10K accelerate to 280-300 kts or use the climb speed recommended in the FMC. Or just punch VNAV and monitor.
There are a number of good 737 sites on the interweb for pro and amateur fliers alike. My fave is
The Boeing 737 Technical Site
. They've got systems outlines, flight profiles and
all sorts
of great 737 info. Check it out.
