The main thing that I notice are all the jaggies on the body of the plane.
Also, there really isn't much color to it, and too much of a blue tone to the bg.

8.5 out of 10
B+

Pros:
Good scenery
Good water effects
Except for the big cumulus in the upper left-hand corner, Clouds seem to complement the scenery
Good camera angle for the scenery
Island in lower right-hand corner really stands out.

Cons:
Airplane looks jagged/pixelated
Big cumulus clouds in upper left-hand corner just take up too much of the picture
Airplane just looks a bit too far from the center
Not the best camera angle for the airplane

Suggestions:
Don't take a picture with one or two clouds taking up 1/4 of the picture
Try to keep the airplane within the center of the shot to a 1/3 section of the shot, not stuck in a corner
If possible, do antiscopic, enable anti-aliasing, and increase global texture to the maximum
Try to focus on a particular part of the scenery as well.  Taking the shot from a couple nautical miles back to center that island in the lower right-hand corner would look good.
Try to make the screenshot slightly more square than this.  I would suggest something like 800x600 or 1280x1024 pixels

Good Job.
