Iron Maiden : "Aces High"

though before that I'd discovered a little Russian dude, Igor Presnyakov, the guy is all over youtube and is quite frankly incredible.

While My Guitar Gently Weeps

Jeff Healey Band

I like his version better than the Beatles, but I give George credit for writing a great song.

"Porn Star Dancing"

My Darkest Days

Sexy song for you and your Mrs, sounds great on a big stereo, a very entertaining band, and they almost do it without cursing (one cuss in the whole song)  Still a racy song though, so be warned.  I really love the beat though so thought I would share!

"I Won't Tell You"

Lacuna Coil

Cristina sounds terrific in this song!  Good vibe!

Lacuna Coil is an Italian metal band from Milan formed in 1994.  Formerly known as Sleep of Right and Ethereal, the band was inspired by the combination of gothic imagery and music, and the members have been known, musically, for composing midtempo songs consisting of prominent guitar lines and contrasting dual female/male vocal harmonies to help create a melodic, detached sound. Much of the band's recent material, however, sees a heavier and more down-tuned style, featuring a more distinct bass line and a higher mixing of the guitars within the songs

Bloody Sunday (1972)

Quote:
Bloody Sunday (Irish: Domhnach na Fola)—sometimes called the Bogside Massacre—was an incident on 30 January 1972 in the Bogside area of Derry, Northern Ireland, in which twenty-six unarmed civil rights protesters and bystanders were shot by soldiers of the British Army. The incident occurred during a Northern Ireland Civil Rights Association march; the soldiers involved were the First Battalion of the Parachute Regiment (1 Para). Thirteen males, seven of whom were teenagers, died immediately or soon after, while the death of another man four and a half months later has been attributed to the injuries he received on that day. Two protesters were injured when they were run down by army vehicles. Five of those wounded were shot in the back.
