Webcam motion detector (Read 708 times)

I'm looking for a piece of software that will turn a webcam into a motion detector. The moment something passes in front of the camera it has to take a picture of it. It doesn't need to record video, one or more pictures are enough. I've tried Google and it does come up with several options but there is simply too much choice. Freeware is preferred.

*I don't know of any software offhand, but the el-cheapo Labtec webcam I bought about 8 years ago, has an option for doing just that. (Software was included.) Might still be available somewhere.

*See what you think of these.
