Recently I downloaded a 'grass enhancement' file from REX and neglected to back it up. Now that it's proved less than worthy, I need my original file. Is it possible to copy that single file from the disk or will I have to uninstall/install FSX to get the original back in place? It's a little bitty file - 'detail 1' - of the many in the Flight Simulator X\Scenery\World\Texture folder.

Wasn't the original one included in the archive ?
If not, most likely one can upload his file somewhere and send you the link via MP.
Let me know.

EDIT: and no, you can't read directly the files from the FSX DVDs like you used to do with the FS9 CDs.... and that's REALLY annoying at times Angry
