hi all, hope someone can help me. I'm using FS2002 and I have decided to try to download some new aircraft. I can download them and unzip them and have been following the guide on this site http://www.simviation.com/paninstall.htm but I can't seem to get it right. I get the aircraft on the main page menu, along with the model showing in the preview screen. But when I press "fly now" I get the inside of the default propeller plane and the associated sound. If I switch to external view it is the downloaded new plane so I am guessing I have done something right at least. The files I have tried both indicated that they were complete models incl panels etc. I'm new to this so please be gentle!!!

Try these instructions instead.

Make sure you are installing FS02/04 aircraft as others may not be compatible.

If you still can't get it to work post a link to the download file.
